Performance Training

Sports Performance

All Sports Performance Programs Include:

  • 60 minute training sessions
  • Pre-program and Post-program Sports Performance Testing

Each Session Includes:

  • 6-Phase Warm Up
  • Plyometrics (Jumping)
  • Strength Training
  • Energy Systems Development (Conditioning/Cardio)
  • Speed Training
  • Agility Training

One-On-One Performance Training

  • This program is for athletes or individuals who would like a custom program built for them, and coached one-on-one.

  •  For those who want a program based on their needs and specific goals.

  • For those who have completed physical therapy and want more guidance to bridge them back to semi-private, or small group.

  • Includes all of the aspects of our sports performance program​​​

Semi-Private Performance Training

  • For those who still want a custom program built for them.

  • Training is performed in a group of 2 athletes or active adults.

  • Each athlete receives and individualized program.

  • Athletes can be matched to sport or skill level to increase competitiveness during sessions.

Small-Group Performance Training

  • Our most popular and affordable option.

  • Training is performed in a group of 4 athletes, or active adults.

  • Athletes can be grouped to match sport, or skill level, to increase competitiveness during sessions.

  • Athletes can also be group based on preference.

  • A high quality program is built for the group to meet the needs of the group compared to the individual.
